I want to be a world record lifter one day. I am 17 and I'm going for a 1400 total @242 in the summer if you want to know my stats. I really want to fix my deadlift so I can pull more efficiently thanks!
More vids from the side would help but it doesn't look bad from what I can see. Hips might be a little high but hard to tell from the front.
Keep pullin'. Only way to get stronger is keep pulling.
Two things, you hitched the first lift, clean up the pull. I would also spend a lot less time screwing around at the bottom. Get set and pull.
