Notes: Gained a few pounds yesterday eating a normal number of calories. I’m hoping it was just water retention due to salt intake, but I’m about to hit the panic button. I’ve gone low carbs many times in my life and have never hit a wall like this before. Usually I have a cheat meal once a week. This is the first time in a long while I’ve gone past 7 days with no carbs. I’m going to give it a couple of days to see if things start dropping again. If not, I’m going to go ahead and have a cheat meal to see if it revs things up.
