I have been eating two BIG servings of chilli for lunch and dinner almost everyday for the past couple of months and have made good progress.

Steak. I really like a big ass salad with meat eggs etc during the summer, but really my diet doesnt change that much

As to the original poster’s question, I’m not really bulking, so what I eat wouldn’t be very valuable.
