Hey ladies and gents, i figured I’d be spending about 200-250 bucks this summer and put some spare time to use. Although I read up a lot on the internet, i have 0 books about training and I am wondering what some good reccomendations are.
Anything from nutrition to bodybuilding to physiology and anatomy (but perhaps more basic on those). Im basically looking at 4-6 books that will give me a good spread of information, so far the ones that have intrigued me are:
-Muscle Revolution - Waterbury
-Black Book of Training Secrets - Thibadeau
-Grapplers Guide to Sports Nutrition - Berardi
…also theres one by Zatorski or something, something basic that i cant remember atm. Any good sugestions?
