I’m 22 and I’ve been working out for a few years now. I used to take it very seriously, and now with my senior year of college I’ve kind of let myself go. I’ve lost some muscle and I’m a little fat (nothing too bad). I already know the basics of dieting, but can anyone reccommdend a good program from here that would help me put on some mass? It’s time for me to get serious again.
