Honestly, Deads would probably be a great one. you need strong arms, pecs and back. Good core strength via abs and spinal erectors would help with acrobatics. you can’t forget your legs in training either.
I wouldn’t think that you need to weight train for this sport, but it would improve your ability.

This is a really fun activity. I tried it when I was in Hawaii last August.

deadlift holds, overhead presses, sled drags.

Anything that will work your grip. IMO.

Post this on Renegade site, should fit with Coach D’s interest in X sports.
