Suggestions for Programming Consultations?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a combination exercise and nutrition programming consulting service?

Ideally I’d like to spend an hour or so with someone to discuss my goals, what my home gym has (and the exercises I like doing), and dietary considerations to help me with programming. I’ve been lifting for a while, somewhat neglected cardio (although I regularly run, use an airdyne, and a spin bike), and do MMA and I’d like to work with someone to help program these things. I have the apps and devices that I like, I don’t ant anything different, just a professional to chat with maybe every couple of weeks or so to make sure the program is executing well and tailor it as needed. Anything like this out there? I’d even take a personal recommendation and would be willing to set up something with someone as their ‘side-hustle’.
