Suggestions for PCT, and AI?

I’m about to start up a 400mg Cypionate cycle, I’m looking for suggestions on good PCT and AI’s. Done some reading on Nolva and its seems good. Thanks

Take either 10-20mg of Nolvadex trough the whole cycle or 0.5 of Arimidex every 2nd or 3rd day. Adjust as needed. Nolvadex for me always worked better, but both are fine. If kids are a future concern, then 250i.u of HCG during the whole cycle.
As For pct:
Nolvadex-40mg,40,20,20,10 for 5 weeks
Hcg-1000i.u,1000,500,25 for 4 weeks divided to 2 weekly shots.
two full bottles of Alpha male and you will be good as new!
