Suggestion for Log

I started a log recently. I think it might be a good idea if this website incorporates an app which can track progress. That way, in addition to the forum post which may have notes or comments, you could input your workout data onto the site so you can track your progress graphically. If you are feeling fancy you could make it so you can run statistics too. This would be a big help to someone like me who is absentminded and loses everything haha.

Eh, the closest I think you’re going to get to that is make a table that you can edit in the opening post of the log. Something like:

Start Date 2/3/2016

Starting Bench: 225x5

Current Bench: 235x3

Goal Bench: 250x5

Or something like that, and periodically go back and edit it
