Basically you have time. Any template that looks interesting, go for it. Just comes down to recovery.

If you feel beat up and mentally not into it, then why bother? You aren’t gonna lose anything taking an extra day or 2. Go in and be ready to train hard when your body and mind are ready. Far more rewarding in the end.

Beyond strength challenge EOD or 3*week.
