If so, which were your favs?
Waterbury's TBT (Total Body Training)seems to be the most popular 3 day program here. It got very positive feedback from many people.
yes the above TBT is a great one.
Also EDT three times a week.
Push, Pull, Leg splits. CT and others have some of these.
Three days can be VERY effetive.

TBT is the best 3 day routine that I have ever tried. I made excellent progress on it.
