If anyone has a copy of “The Paleo Diet for Athletes” i believe there was some info on how the sugar in some fruits is split, i’ve given my copy away.
Franco Columbu gave special mention to Apples, Pears and Grapes as pre-workout (60mins) food, perhaps these are higher in the good stuff.
I had a search of the interweb and found nothing useful re: the seperate sugars in fruits; they’re all lumped into “carbohydrates”.

Bananas always hit the spot for me.
Try searching up a fruits and sugar table, lots of reliable sources out there.
BUT, GUYS!!!
What do you think is the ultimate question here. Does this information affect your diet drastically?
Not for me, looking up the sugars table, I just search for glucose sources.

Google just gave me this:
http://www.jci.org/articles/view/37385 Journal of Clinical Investigation:
Consuming fructose-sweetened, not glucose-sweetened, beverages increases visceral adiposity and lipids and decreases insulin sensitivity in overweight/obese humans
A quick summary of this paper, which I found good, is here: Whole Health Source: Fructose vs. Glucose Showdown
