Feeling a bit productive and want to make some protein bars. I see a lot of recipes calling for sugar free/fat free pudding. I'm pretty sure it's not good for you being processed and such. Should I skip it and find something else or will it really hurt me in the long run? It would help curb some of my sugar cravings though. I wouldn't want to eat it if it will mess up my current cut.
