Leg Press: 2 plates (per side) x10, 3 plates x6, 4 plates x10
Leg Curl machine: plate 7 x10, plate 9 x 15
Clean & Press: 65x5, 75x5, 85x5
Lateral Raise: 5 for 1x10 15s for 2x10 (uncomfortable, simply never done these before)
Rear Delt Raise: 10s 3x10
Kneeling Ab Wheel: 3x10
