Substituting Exercises

I am starting the Superhero Program by TC and I do not have access to all the equipment to complete the abb circuits.

Any suggestions for replacing machine crunches, low pulley crossovers, rear delt machine, and gironda leg curl?

machine crunch with hell a weighted DB crunch or other ab movement, low pully crossovers for deline flies add a band if you have one for constant resistance through the ROM, rear delt machine?? maybe slight incline lat raises or reverse flies, some external rotation, the leg curls??? standing band leg curls, RDL’s, GHR, Goodmornings, any of the avone and more unilaterally (one leg at a time).
