i want to do that ian king leg workout but i dont have some of the equipment for some of the exercises. Does anyone know substitues for leg press and leg abbductor and abbbuctors if you dont have that equipment?
hack squats and a slide board.
How about plain ol’ side lying leg raises. Lie on your side, raise the top leg for abduction and the bottom leg for adduction.
If that’s to girly, slow the tempos down and even apply the 1 and 1/3 rule to the movements. If not, a dynaband will do.

Do the hacks with a bar. And it’s a SLIDE board, as in what’s used for dry-land skate training.
