I am interested in starting the growth surge project with the massive eating plan. But, since MAG-10 is not available any more, Im wondering what is a good substitute. Has anyone here tried the program and do you know what I can sub MAG-10 with? Also, any lessons you learnt from the project would be helpful for me to incorporate.
