Subscapularis Tear - What to Avoid?

I had surgery ~18 months ago for a subscapularis tear and detached biceps tendon (upper arm). The surgery and rehab all went fine and I’m fully functional and don’t have any pain. I was just looking for advice on exercises I should absolutely avoid (if any). I’d like to go back to doing pull-ups, kettlebell snatches, turkish get-ups, even flat bench press, but I don’t want to risk re-injury. My surgeon and PT were both great, but, neither were well versed in recovery for athletes.
