In Get Buffed:
When Ian talks about periodising rest periods (1min, 2min), is he referring to the time between sets for an alternate bodypart or a similar bodypart?
How much rest should be taken between sets for the pyramid system (10, 8, 6, 10) as outlined by Ian. I was thinking of taking 90 seconds beetween sets which means that each bodypart would get about 4 mins of rest.
During slow ups/ slow downs, should the feet be up in the air or on the ground?
