how long did stuff take to get here? What were you able to get through the border ok?

Avoid the supps that are illegal in Canada and you’ll be fine. Alberta is probably the worst province for importing, so be careful. Netrition is about the worst for setting off alarms, too. Everyone orders from them and the federales know it.
