It’s an old story… A powerlifter arguing with a nutritionist/dietition. Specifically, the argument over increased protien intake (over that which is recommended by the… National Dietary Counsel I think it is…). She swears that there has never been any study or scientific backing that higher amounts of protien are needed to sustain recovery/growth/(strength increase).
I seem to remember two key studies that were published around pre-olympic time.
Can anyone help me find some documentation to shut this annoying Academian up!?
