Studies on Eggs?

I’ve heard a lot of things about how the cholesterol in eggs isn’t detrimental, but I’ve never seen any actual studies on this. I’m just looking for some concrete information so I don’t feel like eating tons of eggs isn’t potentially compromising my health. I want to be able to finally block out those people who are always saying “don’t eat so many eggs - the cholesterol will kill you…”

Do any of you guys have any solid information about this?
