Hey everyone i have been lifting for about 3 years and my weights just will not go up i try everything bands boards i need help
When all else fails, eat more. Strength should always increase during a bulk. And don't waste so much energy warming up. Sets of 3-5 on the way up to your working sets. Beyond that, you're gonna have to give specifics.

Stop trying everything. You've only been lifting for 3 years. Find a program, follow it word for word for 10 years, then start trying everything.
