Stuck, Need Guidance to Add Size and Strength

Hey guys looking for some help here. I’ve been doing a ppl split for a while now about a year. I have stalled. Looking to keep the physique somewhat respectable but add mass and strength. Any of you have a different split you follow for strength hypertrophy? Looking for a chest/back, shoulders arms, legs split. Would love to see what you guys are following or have followed and got good results.

TRY training hybrid for a good while, ie: Combine low reps with high reps, example for push day: Bench press 5 x 3 + OHP 5 x 3 + Inc DB press 3 x 10-15 + DB OHP 3 x 10-15 + isolation work for regular bbing reps & sets.

Either these gets very consistent results …
