Stuck in a Rut

And surprisingly decline skull-crushers technically recruit the more muscle activation for tri’s than doing it on a flat bench. Personally I don’t even do close-grip flat anymore, I stick to decline because I have seen great results from it, if I do use a flat bench for close grip it will be for some lock outs

I take it you’ve used the CG Bench as your main triceps exercise for a while, yes? Why not switch it out for a reverse grip bench? Similar, yet completely different.

reverse grip huh… never tried those before… where do u grip the bar? like a normal bench press or close grip…?

It’ll be a close underhand grip, whatever feels most comfortable. It might be a little weird on your wrists if you aren’t used to it.

so, ive started doin 8 sets instead of 16 per muscle group per week. im only in the gym for about 45 min as opposed to an hour and a half. I dont wait as long between sets and i make my first set my strong/cheat set then pyramid down… its totally different than from what ive been doin and i feel my strength increasing already! i feel bigger for some reason (more pumped throughout the day), and i’m more hungry… the less is more trick seems to be workin…
