Hi my names Joe and im 15 from england and i was just looking for some advice.
my bench is 100kg
my deadlift is 150kg
and my squat is 146.5kg
I am stuck at this weight and currently on the Texas method.

yeah. What's your body weight? height? years training? possibly a quick overview of your diet?
