Your 1RM at this point must have been way over 225...
135x3x3 is one very strange way of warming up.
What is this? You're supposed to deload. No wonder you're going nowhere.
Rest of your upper body work as well, please.
You probably messed things up by not deloading, at least that's what the numbers are telling me.
Also, assuming a 1RM of 225, your training 1RM for 5/3/1 should be 202.5, or 200 if you like.
Run the next cycle with the following parameter table:
Wave 1. Warmup, 65%x5, 75%x5, 85%x5+
Wave 2. Warmup, 70%x3, 80%x3, 90%x3+
Wave 3. Warmup, 75%x5, 85%x3, 95%x1+
Wave 4 (Deload) - 60%x5, 65%x5, 70%x5 (no rep-out)
And stick to the deload.
Do your calculations with 1RM-10%, that is 200 lbs.
You will probably end up with fairly high reps at first, but that's fine. Control the negative well, like compressing a spring slowly and building up force, then an explosive/forceful positive.
Now, about your assistance work...?
