I’ve got questions first.

How old are you? What’s your current height, weight, and general bodyfat? How long have you been training? What is your current goal?

In your profile:
“25 yrs old
Height: 181cm (5’11”)
Weight: 91kg
Bodyfat %: 10
Years Training: 3
Occupation: personal trainer"

February 10:
“im 20 years old, currently 91kg 10% bf 6ft 1”

im going to adjust my calories each month and continue bulking till sep then start a cutting phase"

February 15:
“im 20years old, 93kg(approx 12%bf)

aiming to gain 5kg lean muscle by the end the year”

March 1:
“im 91kg(10%bf), 6ft”

May 13:
“Im 25yr, approx 210lbs( 10% bf) and 6ft 1

planning my first cycle specifically to add on 10-15lbs lean muscle mass and improve strength for rugby this season

been lifting consistenly for about 8years”

You asked pretty much this same question in March and both threads in February, and got some pretty straight-forward answers. I doubt you’ll get different advice now.

Also, you’re 100% not ready to do steroids. You’ve apparently been going in circles for several months trying to get your basic nutrition in line. Fix that, get a few months of consistent progress under your belt, and then re-evaluate where you are.
