Structure in My Bulking Phase

hey guys ive been counting my calories the past few months following a clean eating plan. I got 2 questions:

  1. i get the aim of calorie counting is to find the caloric value that relates to greatest muscle gain/minimal fat loss. im starting at 3800cals- but say i work up to 4100cals as i grow… and this value(4100cals) is where gain muscle/minimal fat(judging by mirror) do i keep this value constant through my bulking phase???

2)do you guess change your macros for different body parts??? Ive read carb cycling not so popular during bulking phase, but do understanding the principle of more carbs on large muscle group days. i know a lot of debate of macro v total calories but wondering would you recommended higher carb days on certain days as long as still fit into total calorie levels???

You asked pretty much this same question in March and both threads in February, and got some pretty straight-forward answers. I doubt you’ll get different advice now.

Also, you’re 100% not ready to do steroids. You’ve apparently been going in circles for several months trying to get your basic nutrition in line. Fix that, get a few months of consistent progress under your belt, and then re-evaluate where you are.

yeh fair call mate… ive got the basics down man know roughly my macros. ive read the stuff from the previous threads(disregard the roids one- was coming back from an injury looking for a quick fix which was stupid). all i was wondering are those 2 questions: do your cals stay constant if u find the point at which your gaining muscle/minmal fat? and is carb cycling effective during bulking? or a better technique to use during cutting.
