Yoke Walk / Prowler Push Medley
-150 lb. warm-up with yoke
-240 lbs. yoke x 60 ft. / 75 lbs. prowler 60 ft.
-290 lbs. yoke x 60 ft. / 75 lbs. prowler 60 ft.
-310 lbs. yoke x 60 ft. / 75 lbs. prowler 60 ft.
-310 lbs. yoke x 60 ft. / 75 lbs. prowler 60 ft.
-310 lbs. yoke x 60 ft. / 75 lbs. prowler 60 ft.

Plate Walks.
-10 lbs. on each foot walked 20 ft. on hands while dragging plates with feet
-one more time!

Stones.
-110 x few reps
-170 x miss
-130 x few reps

-then did 5 singles w/ 30 secs b/t reps
-90 lbs. x 3 singles w/ 60 secs b/t reps

Incline BB Press.

Tate DB Press.
-10’s x 12 x 2 sets

Chin-ups.
-one foot held x 8 reps x 2 sets
-both held x 12 reps

Skullcrusher.

Plank DB Rows.
