What training would you recommend for a body that exute power like Bill Kazmaier with big shoulders, big traps and very strong legs? Something like ‘boring but big’ and ‘building the monolith’?
Theres an unofficial 531 for strongman template thats been around for a while, lots of ppl like it. Google will supply.
Do the beach body challenge but you can only get stronger and improve your performance in your sport. How your body develops after that is up to your genetics, so there is nothing that’s going to make you look like someone else.

If you want a body that has actual power, not look like power, exactly like Kaz:
Eat 2-3 pounds of meat/every day for 20 years.
Have Bill’s parents.
Take some testosterone.
Miss 4 workouts total in 20 years.
Until then, eat for performance, train to be YOU.
