Strongman (no. 114)

I’m interested in trying the strongman training program outlined in t-mag no. 114, but some of the exercises are new to me. In certain cases the names suggest what they are, but there are lots of ways to perform “Ab Rotations” :slight_smile: So, what the devil are:

  1. Ab Rotations
  2. Wall Marches
  3. Wood Chops
  4. Clean Holds
  5. High Pulls (same as upright rows?)
