Been keeping a training log for 8 months now, but decided I'd start sharing it with an audience, in spite of how many people come along!

speed pulls w/ 3.5 in defecit+35lbs chains
reverse lunge/hip thrust super set
reverse lunge 40 DBx10
hip thrust w/ axle 123x15
no break between each exercise, but 30-1 min rest between each entire complex
blew my hips up and glutes from these!
