Anyone who does strongman plz critique my form on any exercise. I wanna make sure I'm doing it right

As you break the ground with a stone, try to keep your arms straight. Think an RDL rather than a bent over row.

Get your feet over the center of the stone, or slightly behind it. Think of it like a stiff-legged sumo deadlift instead of a conventional deadlift.
