Hello every one I am 17 and trying to get into strongman competitions. I have recently went on very strict diet for a teen bodybuilding competition and lost literally 100lbs of body fat.
But, Just recently I have become very interested in strongman so much I have completely dropped my BB training and focus on powerlifting and the Oly Lifts only.
But I know how to diet to lose wieght but, I have never dieted to gain wieght or muscle mass and, obviously you have eat a ton to compete in strongman but, I don’t want to get fat… so does anyone have any suggestions for me.
Wieght:190lbs(fairly good shape)
I train four times a week 3 days in gym 1 day on events.
Occupation:School 7:30am - 3:00pm
