So I’ve found a strongman comp I want to try out. It’s this March in Ft. Meyers, FL. I’m going to try the under 200lb class since those weights will be what I can handle. My biggest question is will there be any time or weights to warm up with??? I can understand if they don’t let you warm up with the stuff for the event, but are there any weights to use to warm up with?? Are all these guys walking up cold to a 300lb log or 700 tire and going at it… Any insight would be greatly appreciated…
