Squat 135 5rm
Bench 115 5rm
Here are my current 5rm after 9 months
Squat 275 5rm
Bench 225 5rm
Deadlift 315 5rm
I have had great results with the program and will be switching to madcow 5x5 next. I will post results later in the year.
