Day off, need the rest. Anyone else use Surge Recovery? Started using last week, really decreases muscle soreness, even go the wife using it after crossfit and she says the same thing.

Bought a tub and used it. Didn’t really decrease the soreness but it did seem to give me a little more energy. The curcumin has had the most dramatic affect on soreness for me.

Really, I take 600 mg advil twice a day for aches and pains, maybe should try the curcumin. Thanks, we finally sold our house and the next one we get I plan for a tub first thing.

Probably about 235 right now. I have been working in getting strength up this winter. When I bought my power rack I made sure and got the dip bars. I tell you what those blast straps I got for christmas will kick your ass also.
