I love to lift and always love doing heavy work.
Sadly my body is just not made for it after 26 years. Too many injuries and my blood work was shit.
I’m 41 and I was going to be on blood pressure and cholesterol meds by now easy.
Diabetes was a couple burgers and beers away. So I hung up the real heavy and decided to get healthy about 4 years ago.
It sucks to always be on a diet, it sucks to do Xfit 3-4 days a week.
But I’m not on meds, my waist is trim and I feel great.
