Now that’s a clever one I’ve never heard before. Can be applied to a lot of things.

True, but I think he was talking about timing.

It’s basically saying take the initiative and be pro-active rather than re-active. Instead of waiting for the right moment, create the right moment.

i dont see this relating to timing or the right moment. i see that he’s saying that if you want something then you have to go out and get it, not wait for it to come.

I think he’s an idiot. It takes a lot less energy to leave the iron in the oven and hit it when its warm, 'cause then its easier to shape. It would be a good workout trying to do this when its a cold piece of iron tho…
