I'd say that the numbers above are about right. I would maybe even go a bit lower of the deadlift. Outside of elite powerlifters, a 700 lb pull is hellacious. I have seen a few big jacked kids (ballplayers mostly) that have awesome raw benches and good raw squats (albeit sky high), but getting beyond six plates on deads is a challenge for most especially if they don't have big hands.
Honestly, I have never been real keen on the whole teen and juniors distinction (and sub master and masters for that matter). It's been my observation that a young guy that weighs X and had been competing a few year is in pretty much the same boat as a 30 year old guy that weighs X and has been competing for a few years.
