Hello all, I may just be overthinking this, but I am not understanding the Strong(er) workout plan. Is there anyone familiar with it? or has done it? It calls for you to start out training 3 days a week, however it says day 1 or 4, so on until 4 of 4.... WTF? typo, not understanding, is it calling for you to workout twice in a day?
if anyone can shed light on the subject I would appreciate it. I am currently deployed and looking for a different routine, I was gifted these E books, so I figured I would try them out.
