As for @dagill2 s response, his presence here makes me think of Dan John and his “Same but different”-idea. I’m not sure how rigid your programming was/is @ChongLordUno but the idea is to change movement every 2 weeks but keeping it “the same”. So, like, bench → incline → decline → overhead to not have the same wear and tear on the joint all the time. Hell, even push-ups could make it as part of the rotation.
