I’ve read how he trains. He isn’t into muscle building. I don’t know why you guys engaged him? I asked him to detail how he trains so that people would know responding to him isn’t going to work.
BURPEES & SQUATS
Had to grind this one out man.
Yesterday’s last session is still lingering

Meat Eater killed me. I was shocked at how much of a slog it was
The same goes for the Airdyne. First run on it in a while. Completely smoked me.
Yesterday’s bodyweight circuit completely done me in. Recovery has took a hit.
Taking a rest tomorrow. Maybe some Antiquity inspired barbell work at night
I think the 500 burpees is happening on Sat morning

Pick a time for AMRAP (I did 25 min)
Pick a weight for C&J (I used 60kg)
Pick a box height (I used 25 inch)
1 clean and jerk
1 burpee box jump over
1 pull up
Then 2/2/2 then 3/3/3 etc.
Enjoy seeing your breakfast on the floor and your soul leave your body
