Hi NC, can you go though the exact contents of each of your meals? I know it is alot of work, but if you lay it out for us, we can make suggestions. For example for breakfast, I have a protein smoothie: 1 cup uncooked oatmeal, 1 cup mixed frozen berries, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tablespoon honey, handful of walnuts, 1 banana, 2 cups water, 1 scoop whey protein and 2 tablespoons olive oil (oil is taken separate from smoothie), and a multivitamin. It sounds like you are doing all of the right things so far to get big, but I’m sure we can make more suggestions to help out.
