Hey guys, never posted on this one before so I don’t know if it’s the right one but I was jus wondering if anyone knew of a really good stretching routine to get as flexible as possible for Olympic Lifting. I do some good routines now, but I figure someone has gotta know a better one. Thanks T-MEN and T-Vixens!

get christian thibodeau’s book, Black secrets (you can buy it right at T-mag). He has a stretching routine specific to olympic lifts in the chapter on olympic lifts. It is very different from what most people expect but I have been using it for only 3 weeks now and it has removed all of my flexibility deficits that prevented me from doing a proper high bar squat. The rate of ROM increase in predominantly my shoulder girdle due to his program has allowed me to keep a much more upright stance when I highbar squat and the exercises for my hips have allowed me to squat deeper while still maintaing my lordosis. Get it and you will not be sorry.
