Stretching

Joel, I have been stretching since about the end of October…I do a routine of isometric stetches on my off-days from weights…It seems I have reached a plateau in my stretching progress…I want to be able to do the fron and side splits and feel this increase in flexibility will help me in the gym…any thoughts/suggestions??? thanks in advance

I’m not really qualified to speak on flexibility issues. Try picking up a used copy of one of Pavel’s many books on the subject at Amazon.com
