I really haven’t ever stretched my abs. Is it necessary?? Any good ways to do this?? I am doing abs on the evil wheel and also doing full contact twists, twice per week. I feel my abs are a little tight/sore after workouts but never bother to stretch them. Any suggestions would be helpful.
In my opinion a swiss ball is the most versatile tool for training the abdominals/core area. Great for not only training but a greater ROM and thus stretching.
