When i stretch my lats or pecs, there is no problem. But i have tight neck/traps too, what causes me bad and ugly posture. More i stretch them, more tight it gets. One time i even got headaches. What should i do?

When stretching, once in the maiximum stretch position, which muscle do you contract? The stretched muscle or the antagonist?
