Stretching Make My Low Back Feel Worse?

A little over 3 months ago, my lower back started to hurt and began to always feel tight. I also have trouble bending forward. Whenever I try to stretch my hips, glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, or quads, it just irritates my back more. What do I need to do to get my back better?? I haven’t squatted or deadlifted in over 3 months.

I have tried squatting, but all that does is irritate my back as well, even with just the bar. My squat form video has revealed a tad bit of butt wink before I go parallel. But whenever I try to stretch to correct that, my back just gets irritated. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I’m desperate.
